The radar watches for unusual transfer size, circular movement, exchange-style tagged flow, and order-cancel churn. These are warning signals, not evidence by themselves.
Green means normal or constructive flow. Gold means watch closely. Red means unusual patterns are appearing and deserve manual review. The tool does not decide that XRP is suppressed; it helps ordinary users see when ledger behaviour looks less natural.
